Gamify Privacy Policy

Metra ("we", "us") operates Gamify. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data We Collect
- Account data: email, name, profile preferences (goals, calorie targets, gym frequency).
- Health & fitness: workout logs, set data, physique photos (Elite), nutrition logs. On iOS, HealthKit data when you grant permission.
- Camera & photos: food scans, gym machine identification, physique check-ins — processed by our AI and not sold.
- Usage: missions, XP, streaks, energy logs, budget entries (stored locally or in cloud per feature).
- Payment: Stripe (web) or Apple IAP (iOS) — we do not store full card numbers.
How Data Is Stored
- Cloud (Supabase): account, missions, calories, energy, workout plans, subscriptions, achievements.
- Local device: some budget/fitness cache, preferences, PWA offline cache.
- Third parties: Anthropic Claude API and Atlas relay (AI coach), Stripe (web billing), Apple (iOS billing).
HealthKit (iOS)
With your consent, Gamify reads and writes workout-related HealthKit data to keep your Apple Health record in sync. You can revoke access in iOS Settings → Privacy → Health.
GDPR & CCPA Rights
EU/UK and California residents may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data. Use in-app Profile → export/delete or email privacy@getgamify.com.
Data Deletion
Delete your account in Profile settings or via DELETE /user/account. Deletion removes cloud data within 30 days; backups may persist up to 90 days.
Children
Gamify is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
